The workers are very nice. They have so many exotic crazy animals! Was fun to visit - they also have all the pet supplies you could need for snakes and iguanas and fish. They also have dwarf bunnies hamsters and mice here! Also doesn’t have the usually weird smell most pet stores have.

The employees are always super friendly and very helpful. I've been going here for years and never had bad service. They have a huge selection in fish, snakes lizards, tarantulas. I could easily spend my whole paycheck here. Mark's ark always treats you with friendly service. I can always spend a few hours in there looking at everything and talking to all the employees. My daughter, niece and nephews love going in there to look at everything.

This place is amazing. They have the funniest and friendliest staff. You can tell they all love animals and their job. Every since I found Marks Ark I haven’t gone anywhere else for animal supplies.

This is such an amazing pet store they have everything that you can ask for a great supply of birds tropical fish to see saltwater fish they have cats lizards I mean honestly there's so many different animals here it was so fun to walk around. not a huge door but with everything that they have this should be your go-to place especially if you have some exotic pets. the staff were incredibly friendly they were having conversations with me while I was in awe of the different animals that were there. I overheard them having conversations with people calling and they were super knowledgeable about large variations of different kinds of pets. I wish that I could have every single animal that was it in there. they sell all the supplies that you need for all of the pets they are there and I felt like the prices were very reasonable although I do have to admit I was more they're looking at the animal then the supplies. it's in a nice little shopping center next to a park this great coffee shop next door as well as some food outlets nearby come in spend some time look at the creatures by one and you're going to have a great addition to the family they are very knowledgeable they're very helpful they take care of the pets I saw them cleaning and taking care of everything this is just a remarkable little pet store I wish that there were more like it in the valley.

My roommates and I have bought a PLETHORA of critters from here, all in great condition and all are fine and happy in their new tanks! We have 6 snakes, two scorpions, and two tarantulas that all came from here and over the past several months have shown no signs of adverse health problems. All of their prices are reasonable and, particularly with the morphs of many of their snakes, accurate and competitive with other breeders in the area. They have all of the supplies you could ever need for your exotics, and all are in working condition and very useful. They do sell live mice which is a huge bonus for all of us snake owners, and the employees are all more than helpful and knowledgeable about their charges and will help you get set up with the supplies and equipment that are right for you. I have actually had to restrain myself from buying supplies and animals from them several times, they are very reasonable and run a respectable establishment.
