Nick and the team at Mark's Ark are super helpful and full of knowledge. I love that we can call or walk in and they are always ready to help with our questions. The whole team there is upfront and honest with customers. I love how hands on the guys are in making sure everything is right for you as a customer not just them as a business. Mark's Ark is so refreshing to have such great service in a store or anywhere for that matter. We love this store and will not go anywhere else for fish or supplies.

I went here a few years ago and the animals were being abused and living in a stressful, unclean environment. And the staff was grossly mean. I'm happy to see such a huge turn around. All the cages were well kept this time around, there was a completely new, sweet and helpful staff, and the animals seemed relaxed and well taken care of. They did have a bunny in with guinea pigs which can be dangerous because bunnies like to kick and their kick is so strong it can break guinea pigs fragile little bones but they've still come so far in their care for animals. And im happy with that.

Smells really bad in this store. I think maybe the pet cages are not cleaned daily. But they have most every essential that I've ever needed for my pets. Nice ? accessories... ?

This stores great. Months back I emailed these guys with a question pretty late thinking maybe they’d reply in a few days but somehow I got an answer within like 10 minuets. I was trying hard to find an Axolotl and they actually had them. IMO their prices are better than the chain pet stores, and they actually have healthy pets and take good care of them. The people that work there are also super nice, attentive, and knowledgeable so I def recommend this store
