    Love this place. Bought my Bearded Dragon from here and he was really healthy. The staff were very nice and took time to explain his care and needs. My only complaint is the crickets. The last 3 weeks I have gone to get crickets I get about 20 less than what I ordered, so I order 100 and only get 80 and the usual die off of about 15 leaves me with very little left for the week. I know it’s hard to count live crickets but I used to get a few over my order instead of 20 under. With how many crickets my lizard is eating it’s noticeable when I am two days short on them. - since writing this review they have gotten better with counting them and I have been getting my accurate amounts.     Marks ark is my all time favorite pet store in all of Utah. They have very friendly service. They have all the hardware you could ever dream of for any exotic animal you plan on getting. They also have the craziest selection of snakes, Lizards, geckos, spiders, scorpions, frogs, ferrets, and bunnys. I will be returning to Mark's ark every week because of how perfect of a spot it is.

    Nick and the team at Mark's Ark are super helpful and full of knowledge. I love that we can call or walk in and they are always ready to help with our questions. The whole team there is upfront and honest with customers. I love how hands on the guys are in making sure everything is right for you as a customer not just them as a business. Mark's Ark is so refreshing to have such great service in a store or anywhere for that matter. We love this store and will not go anywhere else for fish or supplies.

    Great pet store especially for more exotic critters. Large selection of fresh water fish but I fear they are really going fully away from salt water fish which is my main hobby. But, for everything else, super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

    Pretty good place! It's kind of intimidating to navigate, and it was hard to tell who the staff members were. But everyone was really nice and they made sure I had the proper stuff before I brought my new friend, Scribbles, home!
