My wife and I have been in this store a few times. I purchased a tarantula sling and have been so happy with my purchase... The Price was INCREDIBLE! ($4.99!) We have loved our interactions with the staff - they are warm and welcoming, approachable and very knowledgeable. It was fun to visit their booth at the reptile expo as well. Thanks Mark's Arc for always having an excellent selection of pets and supplies! I love that they go through local breeders as well... It makes all the difference. We will continue to come through your great store!

So being new to the state, one of the first things me and my wife wanted to find was a good pet store that actually had reptiles. The problem with a lot of pet stores today is they care too much about the fluffy animals and forget about our scaled and slithery friends. We were not disappointed at all. Since our first trip, we’ve been more times than our fair share to look around and get a good feel for the store and it’s employees. Now that we’re in our final place of residency for at least a few years, we’ll be back shortly to build and purchase the new habitat for a bearded dragon. Love this place and love the fact that it smells like a pet shop. Would definitely recommend.

Take the name literally. This place is awesome and for true pet and animal lovers this place is only a little short of having what you need. Not everybody can be Costco level stocked haha. Save, buy supplies, give a new home, ask questions. This place is legitimate.

Great pet store especially for more exotic critters. Large selection of fresh water fish but I fear they are really going fully away from salt water fish which is my main hobby. But, for everything else, super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
