The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a huge variety of animals and products. I love that they even offer bulk fishfood flakes and pellets. I always enjoy stopping by just to look at the critters. They are always well cared for. Enclosures are well maintained never dirty. I think it is the best pet store in northern Utah.

This is the place where I got my very first tarantula, as well as my first iguana, and both are happy, healthy little critters that I adore! I go every weekend to buy crickets and any other supplies I need for my wide variety of pets, and the employees are always friendly as ever and more than happy to help me get the things needed to make sure my pets are in the best environment. We've been going here for years and it always amazes me with how many gorgeous animals they have throughout the shop! ??

My wife and I have been in this store a few times. I purchased a tarantula sling and have been so happy with my purchase... The Price was INCREDIBLE! ($4.99!)
We have loved our interactions with the staff - they are warm and welcoming, approachable and very knowledgeable.
It was fun to visit their booth at the reptile expo as well. Thanks Mark's Arc for always having an excellent selection of pets and supplies! I love that they go through local breeders as well... It makes all the difference.

I have gone to this store ever since I was 6 years old. The people here rock! And they’re so reasonably priced here! This is where I bought my Hypo Florida Brooks Kingsnake and they taught me everything I needed to know about being a first time snake owner! They are extremely knowledgeable and they are always glad to sprinkle some knowledge your way all you have to do is ask☺️ I love this store so much.

Lots o' creatures. Place has smelled the same since I was a kid. Friendly and interested staff that know a thing or two about the little guys they sell. I would trust them more than a chain if you want to keep something alive and happy in the best possible way.
